In the bleak mid-winter Frosty wind made moan Earth stood hard as iron, Water like a stone; Snow had fallen, snow on snow, Snow on snow, In the bleak mid-winter Long ago.
Enough for Him, whom cherubim Worship night and day, A breastful of milk And a mangerful of hay; Enough for Him, whom Angels Fall down before, The ox and ass and camel Which adore. What can I give Him, Poor as I am? — If I were a Shepherd I would bring a lamb; If I were a Wise Man I would do my part, — Yet what I can I give Him, — Give my heart.

Dickson - son of a dick? It is a beautiful song, though a bit lazy. No drums also takes off points. 4 stars.

It's not my style. Like a very old hymn. The original version has five verses, this one only three. They have excluded the second verse which says Jesus Christ is the Lord God Almighty and also he comes to reign. At least this version is better than Finnish 2018 which only talks about poor and angels and animals.
In these three verses there are references to Jesus, they just don't say His name. It's still good to tell about a humble person in these times when people are often proud.

It is somehow black and it gives you empty feeling. Sounds good but doesn't feel so good. Mucisally still nice. 3½ stars
