Album overall rating: 2½ stars.
This was an interesting artist to examine because of Keith Richards' heavy metal talk. So, this is "real" heavy metal? I'd say, no... this is even below rock - this is blues, which means it's even less energetic than rock. Okay, that's the style. What about the quality? It's closer to Black Sabbath's Never Say Die and Metallica's St. Anger (Lulu doesn't qualify as it was a collaboration). That tells about the quality.
